Signatures

Add HTML email signatures that invite customers to leave reviews.

You can request reviews by embedding the ratings into your email signature. In your project settings, go to the Signature page, here. You can customize the HTML signature to suit your needs. Once ready, copy and paste either the raw HTML code or the complete signature into your preferred email program.

There is only one signature saved per project. If you make changes to it, it is saved for everyone that has access to the project.

Customization Options

You can customize your email signature in several ways:

• Font Family – Choose from a range of sans serif and serif system fonts.

• Body Font Size – Set the font size for the text above the ratings.

• Label Font Size – Set the font size for the text below the ratings.

• Text Color – Choose the color for all text in the signature.

• Link Color – Choose the color for hyperlinked text, if used in the selected layout.

• Icon Size – Adjust the size of the rating icons.

• Rating Order – Display ratings from best to worst, or worst to best.

• Body – Edit the text that appears above the ratings.

• Layout – Pick from five layouts featuring either faces or stars as rating icons.

• Review Page – If multiple review pages exist in your project, select which one the signature should link to.

Layouts

You can select any of the following layouts for your signature:

• Faces 1 - Displays faces in a horizontal layout, with the best and worst label shown beneath them.

• Faces 2 - Displays faces in a horizontal layout, with rating labels shown to the right of each face.

• Faces 3 - Displays faces in a vertical layout, with rating labels shown to the right of each face.

• Stars 1 - Displays stars in a horizontal layout, with the best and worst label shown beneath them.

• Stars 2 - Displays stars in a horizontal layout, with rating labels shown to the right of each face.
