hand-waveWelcome

More Good Reviews (MGR) helps you collect more reviews from your customers—on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other sites—so you can build your reputation and stand out from competitors. We email or text your customers at the right time, send them to a review page, and handle reminders. You focus on your business; we handle the rest.

Why Reviews Matter

Reviews, testimonials, and feedback are more important than ever. Customers read them before they buy. Search engines use them for rankings. We built MGR so you can get a steady flow of fresh reviews on autopilot—without the manual follow-ups.

How It Works

  1. Import your customers – Connect Stripe or HubSpot, upload a CSV, or add them manually. We need names and email or phone to send requests.

  2. Set your strategy – Choose when to ask for reviews: after a charge, on a signup anniversary, or based on subscription status. You control who gets emailed and when.

  3. Customize your review page – Customers land here when they click your link. They pick a rating, then see options to leave a review on Google (the most important), Yelp, Facebook, and more—or leave feedback directly on your page.

  4. Turn on Automate – Click the Automate button and we start sending review requests based on your strategy. Up to 3 reminders if they don't respond. Each customer is asked at most once.

  5. Watch the reviews come in – Sync Google My Business to import and reply to Google reviews from MGR. Get alerts in Slack or Discord when new reviews arrive.
