Billing and Upgrading
View your plan, upgrade or change plans, and manage your subscription and payment method.
The billing page shows your current plan, how much of your limits you've used, and lets you upgrade, change plans, or manage your subscription. You can update your payment method, cancel your subscription, or add extras to your plan.
Where to Find It
Click Account in the sidebar (or your profile icon in the header), then click Billing. You can also reach billing from Upgrade buttons that appear when you hit a limit—for example, when creating a new space or project. Those buttons take you straight to the billing page so you can choose a plan that includes the feature you need.
If you don't see Billing in the Account menu, you may be a sub-account (for example, an agency client). Billing is managed by the account owner.
Usage
At the top of the billing page, you'll see your current usage for:
Requests – How many review requests you've sent this month compared to your plan limit.
Projects – How many projects you have compared to your plan limit.
Locations – How many locations you have compared to your plan limit.
If you're close to or over a limit, consider upgrading to a higher plan or adding an add-on.
Your Plan
The Your Plan section shows your active subscription. You'll see:
Plan name – The plan you're on.
Price – What you pay and how often (monthly or yearly).
Status – When your plan renews or, if you've canceled, when it ends.
Actions – Manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel.
Managing Your Subscription
Click Manage subscription to open the billing portal. There you can:
Update your payment method (card on file).
View invoices and payment history.
Change your plan.
Cancel your subscription.
Canceling Your Subscription
Click Cancel subscription to stop your subscription at the end of the current billing period. You'll keep access until the period ends. After that, your account may move to a free plan or be restricted based on your usage. You can resubscribe anytime before the period ends to keep your plan active.
Plans
The Plans section shows available plans. You can switch between Monthly and Yearly pricing. Yearly plans often include a discount (for example, a couple of months free).
Subscribe – If you don't have a paid plan yet, click Subscribe on the plan you want. You'll be taken to checkout to enter your payment details.
Change plan – If you already have a subscription, click Change plan on a different plan to upgrade or downgrade. You'll be taken to the billing portal to confirm the change.
Current plan – Your active plan is marked. Click it to open the billing portal if you need to manage it.
Add-Ons
Add-ons let you extend your plan with extra capacity—for example, more review requests or projects. The Add-Ons section appears when you have an active subscription. Click Update plan on an add-on to add it to your subscription. Add-ons are billed in addition to your base plan.
Feature Limits and Upgrade Prompts
Your plan determines how many projects, spaces, locations, and review requests you can use. When you hit a limit, you may see Upgrade badges or messages in the app. Clicking them takes you to the billing page so you can choose a plan that includes what you need. Upgrading unlocks the feature right away.
If you're not sure which plan fits, check the pricing page for a full comparison of features and limits. You can reach it from the billing page or the main site.
