Request Strategy
Each project on MGR has a request strategy. Deciding who to send reviews to and when is totally up to you. We offer some options to help you request reviews at the right times, and to the customers who are likely to leave positive reviews.
Trigger
The trigger is used to start the process of sending the first request to email a customer. You can send it based on when they signed up to your service or after they were charged.
Currently, a customer can only be automatically requested to leave a review from MGR once. But you can always press a button to initiate another request.
Trigger Delay
How much time to wait to send the review request after a customer signs up or is charged.
Trigger Limit
The limit will make sure only a certain number of requests will be sent each day or month.
Reminder Count
The number of reminders to send to each customer. A reminder is sent if the customer has not clicked a rating in any email.
Reminder Delay
The number of days to wait between reminders.
Subscription Condition
Whether or not to send requests to customers with active subscriptions.
Charge Conditions
Send requests to customers based on number of charges, total charge amount, and average charge amount, in order to target high value customers.
