Analytics
View charts for reviews, customers, and messages over time to track your review program performance.
Analytics shows you how your review program is performing over time. You can see charts for reviews, customers, and messages, and adjust the time range and grouping to spot trends and measure growth.
Where to Find Analytics
Click Analytics in the sidebar. You'll see three charts stacked vertically: Reviews, Customers, and Messages.
Filtering Your Data
At the top of the page, you can narrow or broaden what you're looking at:
Location – If you have multiple locations, choose one to see data for that location only. Leave it as "All" to see data across all locations.
Timeframe – Choose how far back to look: past month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years.
Interval – Choose how the data is grouped: daily, weekly, or monthly. Daily works best for short timeframes; monthly is easier to read for longer periods.
Chart Types
You can switch between two chart styles using the icons in the toolbar:
Column chart – Bars stacked by category. Good for comparing totals at a glance.
Line chart – Smooth lines over time. Good for spotting trends.
Your choice applies to all three charts on the page.
What Each Chart Shows
Reviews – The number of reviews received over time, broken down by star rating (5 stars down to 1 star). Each rating appears as its own series so you can see how positive and negative reviews trend separately.
Customers – Two series: customers added to your list, and customers who were first asked for a review. Use this to see how your outreach grows and when requests are sent.
Messages – Three series: messages sent, messages clicked (when a customer clicked through to leave a review), and messages that failed to send. Use this to track delivery and engagement.
Hovering for Details
Hover over any point on a chart to see the exact date (or date range) and count. The legend below each chart shows the total for each series and lets you click to show or hide that series.
If you have multiple locations, use the Location filter to compare performance across locations or focus on a single one.
For longer timeframes (1 year or more), use the monthly interval to keep the chart readable. For the past month, daily or weekly works well.
Google Analytics for Review Pages
If you want to track visits to your review pages in Google Analytics, go to Settings and enter your Google Analytics measurement ID (for example, G-XXXXXXXXXX) in the Basic section. This is separate from the Analytics dashboard and lets you see review page traffic in your Google Analytics account.
