Email Templates
As an agency owner, you may customize the content of the emails that get sent to your clients from our platform. We offer an easy to way to edit the subject, title, body, and call-to-action of any of the templates we use to notify our own customers of platform events. To customize any of these templates, just go to Agency > Emails.
Templates
The following templates can be edited to suit the needs of your agency:
Customer Import Complete - Sent after a bulk import of customers has finished processing.
Member Invited - The invite sent to your clients to join a project.
Password Reset - The password reset email, sent if your client tries to reset their password.
Review Created - The notification for each new review, sent to any project member that has this notification option toggled on.
Review Import Complete - Sent after a bulk import of reviews has finished processing.
Sync Complete - Sent after an integration has finished syncing customer or review data. This typically happens after an integration has been connected to the platform.
Verify Email - Sent to any new user that signs up.
Verify SMTP - If your client opts to use SMTP email sending, this will be notification email sent to verify the configuration is working.
Email Settings
You can personalize the name and email address that your emails are sent from. By default, emails will be sent using your agency’s name and the address notifications@yourdomain.com. After connecting your own sending domain, you can modify the email address. Additionally, you have the option to include one or more reply-to addresses.
