Hi friend! Welcome to the docs for More Good Reviews (MGR), an automated review collection engine that gives businesses an easy way to continuously request public reviews and feedback from their customers.

Why did we build this? In this increasingly competitive world, reviews, testimonials, and feedback are more important than ever to convince people to pay for your products and services. You need a constant flow of fresh reviews to move up rankings, higher ratings to stand out from competitors, and feedback to improve your offerings. We built MGR to do all these things for you on autopilot, so you can focus on doing what you do best — building a 5-star product.

How It Works

MGR works by emailing or texting customers on your behalf, asking them to rate your service. Upon selecting a rating, they are taken to a landing page and presented with options to leave a review on review sites, like Google, G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot. You may also display a feedback form if the rating is not so great.

Importing Customers

We recommend continuously importing your customers by securely connecting your Stripe or HubSpot account. You may also import customers with Zapier and our REST API. In addition, we offer a way to manually import customers via input or CSV upload.

Request Strategy

You are in full control over who gets emailed and when. Our strategy lets you send to customers based on their signup date, charge history, subscription info, and more.

Request Template

Our email templates are fully customizable. You may edit the logo, subject, message, and rating labels for each template.

Domain Name

You may connect your own domain name and use your own custom sender address. We offer faster setup by sending from our own domain name if you choose not to connect yours.

Reminders

We'll send up to 3 reminders to your customers if they haven't clicked to leave a review. You are in full control over how many reminders are sent out and when.

Landing Page

Your business gets its own customizable landing page where customers can select a rating, leave feedback, and be taken to 3rd party review sites. You can add as many links as you like, along with an optional incentive for the customer to leave a review.

Alerts

We'll send you a notification each time a customer selects a rating and leaves feedback. You can receive alerts over email and Slack.

Dashboard

Our dashboard gives you a complete picture of your customer reviews and message history.
